On behalf of the Town of Waterford, we are beginning the registration process for emergency grocery assistance from the Waterford Community Food Bank. All Waterford residents who receive a SNAP benefit and are in need of support should register as soon as possible so that supplies can be distributed efficiently and fairly. Emergency groceries will be distributed to qualified and registered residents by appointment on Wednesday November 5th. Seniors and individuals with disabilities (only) may register by phone at 860.444.5839 beginning on Thursday morning at 9am.
We recognize that food security is essential to the health and well-being of our community and Waterford remains committed to ensuring that no resident goes hungry during this challenging time.
